Telos is looking for technical hires! As part of a new startup, the job will be highly dynamic and give significant opportunity for ownership, both of work product and equity in the business. As the company continues to scale quickly, there will be opportunities to build out your own team within the engineering organization.

Responsibilities

Day to day responsibilities will include:

Iterate quickly to build and launch the initial version of our product
Create tools to ingest ecommerce data (e.g., marketing campaign performance, competitor price movements, Amazon search rank changes, etc.), visualize the insights, and generate recommendations (stop or start certain marketing campaigns, change prices, offer discounts, etc.)

Qualifications

3+ years experience
Prior experience setting up and building data pipeline infrastructure, ideally in a B2C or eCommerce setting
Must be a self-starter

Additional preferred qualifications:

High-growth startup experience
eCommerce experience
Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required
